YG confessions

This blog is link with the Instagram, YGconfessions. Please refer to this blog for information/help. The admins of  YGC  have no connection with YG, we are just YG stans. ALL confessions are submitted by followers. Confessions will be rejected if it does not follow our rules. Confessions will take 2-4 days to post unless bumped up. If your confession has not been posted after 2-4 days please refer to FAQ for help.
•     NO Curse at others (i.e. follower, YG artist, other Idols, admins etc.) this also applies to comments along with confessions.
• Repost with credit. DO NOT remove watermark.
• DO NOT Send confessions through DM, ask.fm only please, as DM does not have a word count.
• Submissions are anonymous & if you don't have ask.fm you can sign in through facebook or twitter.
• DO NOT send us confessions already sent to other confession accounts, any confession that’s reported to be seen on other confession account (with proof) will be deleted without warning.

Reason for rejections are listed below. Rejections will appear on the answer page of ask.fm, this will not appear instantly it will 2-4 days for admins to view it and reject submissions.

 Part Confessions

Please don’t send confessions in parts as ask.fm shuffles them.

 Repeated Confessions 

comebacks, new topics that occur are most likely rejected on that day it’s released due to pile up, we choose around 1-4 confessions that share different POV of the topic to bump up [definition of 'bumped up' is on FAQ]

 Hate Confessions 

no cursing if it’s disrespectful towards artist under YG or/and other companies and artists. 99% of hate confessions are deleted and not rejected. 

 Response Confessions 

please don’t send response confessions to confessions that’s already posted, please comment instead.if you want to respond to a confession that is rejected please attach 'response to...' at the start to inform us, we will then post it on our ask.fm.

 Descriptions

Describing something is not a thought, explaining something you see is not a confession 

e.g:“Did you see when…” “I find it cute when…”

However this can be allowed if it has explanation or an attachment.

 Fact - Based & Generalization Confessions 

Anything that does not sound like an opinion will be filtered or rejected. Same goes for generalizing do not speak for a whole fandom or about a whole fandom.

" I think" rather than " I know", "some" rather than "all"

 False Assumption 

Although self-explanatory, confession that contain unconfirmed information will be rejected unless warning is stated that its just an assumption and not fact.  

 Extra 

Confessions that refer to collabs, dreams, sensitive topics & confessions that are not YG centered. In order for one of these to be accepted it much be very unique or/and explained.

 Q1. Where is my confession/why haven’t you replied to my confession?

A. Confessions don’t get posted on the same day as the submission, you’ll have to be patient. We don’t reply to confessions unless it’s rejected and we don’t reject straightaway due to the long queue of confessions awaiting. Furthermore if you don’t state what your confession was about, how would we know, we get so many confessions.

 Q2. Why did you reject my confession/ not edit it prettily?

A. We’ve stated in the rejection page that it'll be one of the following reasons. We apologize if you didn’t like our edit but that defeats the purpose/intention of making a confession. The purpose of following this account is to share your thoughts to other YG stans either by commenting or liking a confession. It is not just about having your confessions being heard alone.

 Q3. Why do you bump up confessions?

A. We bump up only when a confession requires a certain time limit or if it’s a hot topic that’ll die down quickly. We do this to keep the conversations fresh and update our followers. Bare in mind not every confession that fits requirement of ‘bump up’ will be bumped up, a selection around 5-10 will be bumped up, this is a first come (submit) fist serve kind of situation. If your confession doesn’t contain one of those and it’s just an everyday thought then it shouldn’t matter when it gets posted right?

 Q4. Why does admin [admins name] post too much [artist/group name] confessions?

A. Admins are not in control of what to post. We select edits from the bottom

of the confession list that has been prepared for us to upload.

 Q5. You say you don’t repeat but you keep posting [type of] confessions?

A. We select 4-5 confessions that are centered on one topic to give a variety of opinions.

If there is a recent topic, e.g. scandal or comeback and etc, we select the

first three submitted confessions on that specific topic.

 Q6. Why are the written mistakes in the confessions?

A. We do go through and try to edit any mistakes, however, we can’t edit the confession

too much as it might change the content of the confession as the confessor intended.

 Q7. Why did you reword my confessions?

A. For every confession we reword we put a reword sign to make people aware of that.

We reword because the confession might come off differently to the readers. Furthermore,

we do not put a reword sign if we edited the confession due to a lack of understanding.

 Q8. Why is my confession posted with another confession?

A. This is too avoid too many rejections and both confessions share an agreement.

 Q9. Did you receive my confession?

A. If you have a sent a confession to us it will definitely be sent to our question box  on ask.fm. Every confession takes 3-4 days until it is posted. Until then keep an eye out for any rejections which can be found on the answer section of ask.fm as we don’t reply to confessions that are edited. If it has been over two weeks and your confession has neither been posted nor rejected, resend your confession and within brackets write SA (send again), for example (SA), and we will bump your confession. you HAVE to ask an admin for permission before you (SA) confession.

 Q10. Why do you reject a lot of confessions?

A. There is no limit to how many confessions we reject or post. If a confession includes one of the reasons for rejections it will be rejected as stated. we do not reject without reason. we reject in batches hence why it may seem alot but e.g. for every 10 confessions posted & edited 1 confession is rejected.

 Q11. Other questions are been replied to at the same time you sent your question but no admin has replied, why?

A. Just like confessions, question will not be replied to immediately, MIN – 5 minutes MAX – 1 week.   if an admin is not available to answer your questions it’s because of the following reason:

- The admins have seen your question and have answered other questions, but the length of your answer may have an affect, the admin may be busy to reply and would go back to it, to reply fully!

- The admin that has seen it, may not know how to reply due to unsure information, wait patiently for the right admin to reply.

- You have asked a question that require all the admins to answer, due to time zone it will take a day until all admins have gathered their answers

-  If your question requires admin to find links it may take a while for them to get it due to difficulty finding it and/or busy schedules.

 Q12. Why do you use/reuse photos?

A. We post recent photos or photos that match the content of the confession. We never, or try to avoid using the same picture, there mostly going to be photos from the same event but different angels, this will happen due to the idol/group being inactive it is not done intentionally. Some confessors may request a specific photo, furthermore it is possible for confessors to want or talk about a certain image that may or may not have been used before, therefore we have no choice but to use it.

 Q13. Why do you post negative and reject positive?

A. Confession account are not just positive but a mix of other peoples views and thoughts. With that been said we do not reject just because confessions are negative and we will not post just because its positive, if they do not follow the rules stated under rejections i.e. repeated, it will be rejected.

As a follower, we admins also consider you a part of this account. Although with our posting and editing we try to keep an eye out for any inappropriate/hurtful comments. As you can imagine we are already busy and may fail to see. Please inform us.

 when and how to report a person?

when you see comments:

-that are hurtful to another follower or artist

This includes:

• cursing
• looking down on others
• inappropriate language used towards anyone
• when someone re-posts our confessions with intention to hurt other or use without credit.

 how to inform us:

send us the name of the account and evidence (screenshot) of them doing the following above. Send it to us on ask.fm or IG DM to direct it to our attention. The evidence must be able to direct us to that comment or person.

what we will do:

Of course we will thank you for informing us also we will talk to that person and if we agree they broke the rules and regulations stated above, we will put them on a warning. If they do it again they will be blocked from our account.
